Worshop Co-ordinator (Carpentry)

Mark Hill has more than 40 years experience in scenic construction, including 25 years prior service at CTS when he returned to CTS in 2023 after 15 years running the BBC workshops in Cardiff. Mark is now our Workshop Co-ordinator for Carpentry Department and brings a huge wealth of knowledge and experience, and sets an example to the younger generation coming through.

“Traditional shows like the Carmen for ROH in the early 1980’s with ornate cornices and mouldings. Or more recently, Back Stairs Billy which has lot of challenges including curved walls with lots of moulding.”
